  • What is your current turnaround time for a custom hat?
    Our turnaround time varies based on our current que. We typically quote 4-6 months, although could be earlier or later, depending on materials. Feel free to contact us to get an up-to-date time frame.
  • Can I order a custom hat internationally?
    Yes! Most of our clients are from all over the world and not everyone is able to visit us in person. We will discuss through email or set up a zoom call to get all the info, details, and sizing just right.
  • Do you take in restorations?
    Yes, we do restorations on a case to case basis. If local, we highly recommend you visit in person and bring the hat so we can take a look. If not local, give us a call and we can better discuss what is needing to be restored.
  • I'm not local to your shop. Can I still order a custom hat?
    Yes! We work with customers remotely almost every day. We can work together via phone, email, or zoom to get all the details, sizing, and styles just right for you. Contact us to get the conversation started! Also, lookout for updates on upcoming travels, we could be coming to a city near you!
