SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-4 business days to process orders. Standard shipping will be applied to all orders placed, unless otherwise requested.

For custom orders, tracking numbers will be provided once item is in transit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are needing to return for any reason, please contact us at 626-720-4132 so we can assist.

Eligible returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving item in order to receive full refund. After this time, returns may not be accepted or only store credit will be issued. Eligible returns include Shop Shirts, Varsity Caps, Hat bands, and Hat care items.

Non-eligible returns will not be accepted or refunded and include Ready-To-Wear hats, Vintage Hats, and Vintage pins. Please be sure your head measurements are accurate prior to placing order! If you are unsure, please call us directly as we would be happy to assist.

Custom Hat Orders are non refundable. We require a minimum non-refundable $300 deposit at the time of order to guarantee materials and place in queue. We are happy to place order on a temporary hold if needed, however refunds will not be offered due to the high cost of materials. Please contact us with questions.
